In August of 2009, AGC of America kicked off a competitive request for proposal process to find a subject matter expert to conduct research on Lean Construction in our industry and develop a comprehensive course plan for the construction community.

The research project closed on December 31, 2009 and the AGC Lean Construction Advisory Group is in the process of planning for curriculum development to be available in 2010. The curriculum will be a resource for practitioners on their Lean journey and will provide a recognizable credential for those that complete the training.
